I have to pay shipping!?

Yes and No. When shipping a book you pay and when requesting a book you do not. Therefore, shipping is technically free since you must ship books to accumulate points so that you can then place orders.

What if I do not receive my book?

Please wait for a week before you worry about not receiving a book. We encourage everyone to ship using standard book rate shipping which through USPS Media Mail may take some time. Feel free to use the "Contact Us" link on the main page so we can handle any disputes.

If you live in the United States do not pay for premium shipping from FedEx or UPS, please use media mail as the cheapest and most effective shipping.
