You can now give your friends points as gifts. Next to each friends you will see a picture of a gift which when clicked allows you to send your friend some of your points.

Fun with Ebooks

Recently using StumbleUpon I learned of the University of Virginia's etext library. They have a significant amount of literature online in the form of free ebooks. If you enjoy reading on a PC screen in pdf format or simply want a searchable version of a book then you should check out the site.

Google Books and Suggested Features

I've been fairly quite on this blogget lately because of a busy schedule but we have still be hard at work on the site. Olexiy has had his eye out for new ways of automating the book process and after updating the book add page we have decided on adding Google Books to the list of sources that we query for our book data.

This should add a significant source of less common titles not available from our other sources.

A great user suggested that we add the ability to "gift" points to friends. I thought this was a great idea (maybe even allow users to buy points ;) and I'm just curious about what other functionality everyone wants added to this site. After all --you own this site and I am open to adding any feature you request! Look for international translations coming soon and some more good stuff down the road...
